Food

The food in Spain is very special. We love the idea of tapas so everyone can have a taste of everything. Most of us love the fried seafood which would be pretty expensive at home and also paella.

Weather

Even though we visited Málaga in November, all-in-all it was pretty hot. We went to visit beaches and one of our group even got sunburns.

Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía

The technology park is Málagas growing business area which hosts some big companys and schools. In a way it is Málagas own little Silicon Valley.

About Us

Let us introduce ourselves.

IES Campanillas

About our work at the school.

Our first assignment explained by Juan Karlos, setting up pfSense with three subnets.

Whiteboard

The school building of one of the three IES Campanillas Buildings, the one where we worked at.

Building

We had to open multiple PCs and switch some parts to find out what was wrong with one of the PCs. Turns out the culprit was the Power Supply Unit.

opened PCs

We had the possibility of joining the englisch class of IES Campanillas. There we worked on different activities revolving around games and also a quiz with Kahoot, which was funny.

Spare Time

Our activities of our spare time.

The beach of Nerja we visited.

Beach

The beach of Málaga at Night. This was actually the day we arrived and we definitely wanted to go to the beach that day. Some of us also went into the sea that night.

Night

We went to Gibraltar to see the monkeys living in the mountains. One of them climbed on Lenas head and held on to her hair and walked with us for a few minutes, so we decided to take a group photo together.

Gibraltar

We went to the the Caminito del Rey near Ardales. It was a great experience, we made so many cool photos and in the end we had super delicious food while having a great view over the sunset.

Canyon

We decided to rent some bikes to ride around town, we also drove up the hills all the way up to the castle. About halfway there, there was a beautiful view of the city. We spent a few minutes there, drank some beer and decided to take a group photo.

View over Malaga

We never thought Halloween is celebrated this big in Spain, but we had enough time to prepare our costumes here in Malaga. In the evening we visited “Plaza de Merced” which was full of dressed up people as well as the streets of the city center where we had some drinks and enjoyed the nightlife.
